Adult Autism Evaluation Visit - Approximately 60 minute telehealth clinical interview using the MIGDAS 2 diagnostic tool. If you have other mental health disorders, they may be discussed and / or diagnosed, which could take longer.

Evaluation Results and Treatment Plan Visit - A telehealth visit to discuss the results of the screening assessments and diagnostic interview. Options for treatment will be reviewed and a plan will be created. If a written report is needed, it will be available in about 2 weeks.

New Patient Appointment - If you have already been diagnosed with autism, the first visit will review your medical and mental health history. Dr. Smith understands that many medications are ineffective or cause a lot of side effects. She listens to your concerns and uses her expertise to create a plan that works best for you.

Follow-up appointments - Close monitoring is essential whenever there are changes. The scheduling process is easy and there are flexible times. Most importantly, you will have access to Dr. Smith and quick response to any questions in-between visits.

Family Autism Therapy - This appointment is for returning patients to discuss the autism diagnosis with other family members (parents, partners, siblings, etc.) The goal is to provide those you are close to with an opportunity to ask questions, understand the diagnosis, and how to support their ASD loved one.

Couples Therapy - Miscommunication and hurt feelings are often common in neurodivergent couples. This focuses on communication and meeting each other's emotional needs.

Individual Autism Therapy - One-on-one coaching for autism specific skills. This may include social skills, communication, occupation planning, or any other need you want to focus on. *Note, this is not general therapy.

Social Skills Group - A small group (4-5) that meets virtually to practice skills they have learned. Groups are coached through different scenarios with real-life peer interactions.
